As a Talent & Development Specialist, the key responsibilities are to support with projects and to help deliver an a suite of learning initiatives. As a L&D Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:ā¢ New Starter and New Manager onboarding eventsā¢ Delivery of skills-based sessions for new starters and existing management teamsĀ ā¢ Assist in the scope and design of team activities and wider social learning eventsā¢ Support seasonal projects to align with key business initiativesā¢ Delivery of virtual and in-person products on a weekly basisā¢ Understand at a professional level through qualification or experience how adult learning theories link to company training programme success
The ideal Learning and Development Business Partner will have:
- L&D qualification or extensive experience supported by evidence of ability to deliver high quality learning
- Competent in technology and able to demonstrate effective use of presentation programmes such as Google Slides & Microsoft Power Point
