Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage customer accounts in accordance with company payment terms and credit limits.
The role involves maintaining credit control through various communication methods, ensuring timely invoicing and communication with clients.
Candidates should have a keen interest in finance and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous credit control experience is desirable, and accuracy in communications is essential.
The position offers a competitive salary, and applicants should ideally have at least two years of relevant experience.

We are Currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to effectively maintain customer accounts in line with our clients company payment terms and credit limits.

The role

Maintain credit control by phone, email or post
Ensure invoices, monthly statements and overdue debtors letters are sent
Raise credit notes
Receive ad input payments reconcile complex accounts on Sage
Open new customer invoicing accounts
Perform credit checks, credit limits and payment terms are set
Produce departmental, customer and aged debt reports
Monitor debtors balances and highlight any potential debtor problems to minimise risk

Essential Skills & Experience

To ensure accuracy in all communications
Be able to adhere to timescales and deadlines
Have good communication skills, both written and verbally
Keen interest in Finance
Previous credit control experience desirable
