Sonic Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to manage customer accounts according to company payment terms and credit limits.
The role includes maintaining credit control through various communication methods, sending invoices and statements, and raising credit notes.
Candidates should have previous credit control experience and a keen interest in finance, with strong communication skills being essential.
The position requires the ability to reconcile complex accounts on Sage and perform credit checks, setting appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are Currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to effectively maintain customer accounts in line with our clients company payment terms and credit limits.

The role

Maintain credit control by phone, email or post
Ensure invoices, monthly statements and overdue debtors letters are sent
Raise credit notes
Receive ad input payments reconcile complex accounts on Sage
Open new customer invoicing accounts
Perform credit checks, credit limits and payment terms are set
Produce departmental, customer and aged debt reports
Monitor debtors balances and highlight any potential debtor problems to minimise risk

Essential Skills & Experience

To ensure accuracy in all communications
Be able to adhere to timescales and deadlines
Have good communication skills, both written and verbally
Keen interest in Finance
Previous credit control experience desirable
