Pyramid8 are recruiting for a call handler for our client based in Horbury. They provide exceptional care across their patient services including physiotherapy, minor surgery.

The Patient Services Call Handler is responsible for delivering outstanding patient support through effective management of incoming and outgoing calls. This role involves scheduling appointments, providing clear and accurate guidance to patients, and offering first-line support to address inquiries and concerns

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to address patient inquiries, provide information about services and locations, and resolve any issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for all services
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services provided
  • Listen to patient needs to ensure a positive outcome to queries.
  • Remain calm and communicate effectively when dealing with distressed patients

You will have excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner and be able to keep calm when dealing with customer queries.

This is a 12 week Temporary - Permanent position to start immediately.
