Working as a key member of the Customer Service team you’ll be dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, processing rental orders, and maintaining accurate records.

- Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with varied start and finish times between 7 am and 7 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, customer-focused service to both general orders and key accounts.
- Accurately process detailed documentation to reduce account queries.
- Coordinate with the Transport Department for necessary item movements.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Generate and post invoices daily

- An effective communicator with a proven background in customer service
- Flexibility to work shift patterns between 7am to 7pm
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
