About the Role:
Actio Recruitment is assisting our automotive client in Wakefield in their search for a Service Advisor. This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, representing the brand and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and liaise with customers visiting the dealership.
- Answer customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle in the workshop.
- Coordinate with the workshop and other internal departments.
- Explain detailed work carried out on customer vehicles in a clear and professional manner.
- Raise invoices and process payments from customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence
