Spinwell is recruiting for a Data Administrator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR
To provide expert guidance on database creation, monitoring and maintenance ensuring database recoverability, integrity, security, availability and performance and to lead the identification, assessment and implementation of new and upgraded database software.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR
Holds a recognised certification on database technologies such as with Oracle or SQL.
Detailed working knowledge and experience in benchmarking performance for assigned services to ensure they are comparable with the best of industry.
Proven ability to manage database upgrade activities to the Digital Policing Directorate procedures.
Be an expert on matters relating to databases.
Proven ability to be proactive, innovate and use modern data and BI practices to facilitate better use and management of force data.
