We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work closely with students who require additional support in the classroom. Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEND.
- Assist teachers in adapting lesson materials to meet individual needs.
- Encourage student engagement and help build confidence in learning.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor progress and communicate with staff to support student development.
- Experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Posses an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Ability to adapt and respond to different learning needs.
