We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school on a supply basis, with a confirmed placement running through to the end of the academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on young people’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supporting class teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons

Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management

Providing tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEND) or additional requirements

Promoting a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment

Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting

A flexible and proactive attitude to classroom support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to commit to the role for the remainder of the academic year
