As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers, delivering interventions, and working with small groups of students to enhance their learning experience. The successful candidate will:
- Have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
- Be passionate about supporting the learning and development of students

- Be proactive in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, productive environment
- Have a genuine commitment to helping students achieve their best
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with varying needs
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of school life
- Promoting a positive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and participation
