The Role:
Seeking an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager to join a therapeutic-led childrens residential care team. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager in running the home, ensuring compliance with care standards, supervising staff, and providing high-quality care for children and young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work toward it).
- At least 2 years of residential childcare experience, with supervisory responsibility.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Driving license and flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays as required.
