Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a heavy engineering company based near Wakefield to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.Hourly Rate: £18.60 per hour  - £45,942.00Hours of Work: 47.5hrs per weekWork Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pmBenefits: Peoples Pension schemeLife Insurance £5,000The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the site.Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and issues
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems

We would be keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar role
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints
