Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Working Hours: Full time

Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and deliver high-quality maintenance services to a range of FM clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults
Conduct plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing pipes, and maintaining water systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.
Level 2 in plumbing/Joinery and commercial experience
