  • Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement.
  • Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
  • Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
  • Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
  • Service and repair of motors and pumps.
  • Competent on BMS control systems
  • Competent PAT tester
  • Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.

About you:To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
