Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician with residential experience to join a growing, successful house builder with a family feel culture in a role offering career progression, development opportunities and autonomy alongside a generous salary.

On offer is the chance to work closely with the Technical Manager, gain further experience in the residential industry with external training support and career progression opportunities in line with company growth.

This well-established, family feel company specialise in residential developments across the Yorkshire region offering a high quality service and product. With sites ranging from 20 to 50 units, they have expanded their presence in the area and are continuing to do so with a strong pipeline of work. In light of this they are looking for an Architectural Technician to join the team.

In this role you will based from the Wakefield office working directly with the Technical Manager where you will offer support across all live projects. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting detailed technical drawings and layouts, you will manage the production of these drawings and all technical information associated with them ensuring they are compliant with the scheme and building regulations.

You will represent the business in any technical meetings and will liaise with site to overcome any issues. This role is 100% office based and you will need to be AutoCAD proficient with a residential background to be successful.
