This position will manage and lead the Engineering department (Software and Hardware) to ensure that all product development and technical projects meet stakeholder requirements and quality expectations and are delivered on time and on budget. The role will also support business development through technical bids and generating product ideas. The position is best suited to someone who does not mind doing a bit of everything. As Electronics Engineering Manager you will need food hands on design skills and previous experience of people management (in a senior electronic design engineer, project manager or design manager capacity).

* Acceptance specifications are agreed with the customer and plans an effective product life cycle
* Ensures products are consistently delivered to meet and pass the criteria
* Organises and co-ordinates the hardware / software team
* Ensures that all operating procedures adhere to the ISO quality standards
* Works closely with the business development teams to prepare commercial proposals
* Member of the senior management team

* Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification
