Role:Environmental & Sustainability Manager

Salary: 50,000/70,000 + Package (DOE)

Location: Wakefield

Our client a leading Construction company have a need to bring in aEnvironmental & Sustainability Manager on a permanent basis.

As the Environmental and Sustainability Manager you will be responsible for undertaking both operational and strategic site inspections, preparing for accreditation audits, responsibilities across a multisite portfolio including, reviewing of risk assessments and method statements, environmental / sustainability action plans, liaison with site and regional management, waste management, pollution control, biodiversity improvement amongst other related duties.

Ideally you will hold the following:

  • IEMA membership / Environmental based Degree or equivalent
  • Have experience working within the Construction sectors
  • Happy to work both an operational and strategic based role and happy to travel across Yorkshire and Northwest regions.
