Our client is a recruitment business which operates across multiple construction sectors. They have modern offices with parking and a friendly team atmosphere. They are professional and hard-working but maintain an informal and fun environment to work within.
A key role has become available for a Candidate Manager to join the team. This is a fast-paced role and the company has to react very quickly to client requirements.
The role will be varied and will include:
Candidate management, liaison and customer services.
Ensuring applications are managed properly
Screening and assessing candidates to determine suitability.
Reference and compliance checking.
Managing the daily schedule and ensuring availability is up to date.
Candidate attraction. Advertising on job boards and within the relevant forms of media.
Develop social networks to increase candidate awareness.
Recruitment administration and consultant support.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
