Sustainability Consultant - IES

My client is a multidisciplined consultancy who provide highly technical expertise to various projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an IES proficient Sustainability Consultant to join their team with the luxury of working from home.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
  • Use IES software to produce TM59 compliance reports
  • Help clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives
  • Help clients understand UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy role
  • Proficient with IES software, with a history in carrying out overheating assessments to TM52 and TM59 being beneficial
  • Good understanding of UK government policy and building regulations in relation to sustainability.
  • Experience with LCA and whole life carbon consultancy would be advantageous
