I am working with a manufacturing business based in the Dewsbury area of Wakefield who are recruiting an Account Office Manager to oversee a number of duties relating to both transactional finance and wider office administration maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities are to include but exhaustive to:

  • Posting and reconciling several bank accounts including foreign currencies
  • Reconciliation of VAT deferment account to source invoices
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger including foreign currency suppliers
  • Preparation of supplier payments
  • Maintenance of staff holiday and sickness records
  • Maintenance of sales ledger including the posting of receipts and invoices
  • Update and maintain several spreadsheets including recharge calculations
  • Daily use of Exchequer accounting software

This is a position that is office based, however the client is happy to consider both 5 and 4 day working weeks to suit the successful individual.
