You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of all financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manager the finance team on a day to day basis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Support senior leadership with actionable insights and financial analysis
- Oversee month-end, year-end, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and liaise with external auditors
- Implement and maintain robust financial policies, controls, and systems
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
About You:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Experience working in a fast-paced sector is a plus
- Proven experience within an SME, with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with all levels of the business
