My client is a fast-growing Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK, founded by an experienced team with a passion for excellent client experience and effective service delivery.
We are looking to recruit a Client Support Executive. In this position you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of the Adviser Support process and Client Services Charter. Providing a responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to multiple Financial Advisers.
Specific duties of the role include:
- General office administrative duties
- Opening new cases on CMS and iBusiness
- Updating CMS and iBusiness with client details
- Processing Letter of Authority’s with Providers
- Submitting requests for information
- Requesting Investment valuation updates
- Adviser pipeline management
- Client Service Charter administration
- IAF & OAF queries
- Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
- Adviser diary management
- Booking Client Appointments
- Build a lasting relationship with all Clients and Stakeholders
This role is of key importance to the business and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience within secretarial and or administrative role/s within a fast-paced Client facing environment. You must have a great telephone manner, be well presented and have excellent organisational skills.
