We are looking to recruit a Client Support Executive. In this position you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of the Adviser Support process and Client Services Charter. Providing a responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to multiple Financial Advisers.

Specific duties of the role include:

  • General office administrative duties
  • Opening new cases on CMS and iBusiness
  • Updating CMS and iBusiness with client details
  • Processing Letter of Authority’s with Providers
  • Submitting requests for information
  • Requesting Investment valuation updates
  • Adviser pipeline management
  • Client Service Charter administration
  • IAF & OAF queries
  • Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
  • Adviser diary management
  • Booking Client Appointments
  • Build a lasting relationship with all Clients and Stakeholders

This role is of key importance to the business and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience within secretarial and or administrative role/s within a fast-paced Client facing environment. You must have a great telephone manner, be well presented and have excellent organisational skills.
