Bendi Driver

Are you an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver? We are working with a reputable company based in Wakefield who are expanding and seeking an experienced Bendi FLT Driver. The company are a busy warehouse dealing with automotive goods.

The pay rate for this will be 11.44 per hour. This role is based fully on-site. The working hours will be 06:30-15:00.

Main tasks and duties:

• Responsible for operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the Warehouse.
• Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the warehousing duties, functions and requirements.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of legislation and regulation affecting warehouse
• Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times, reporting any incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the site at all times.

Skills, qualifications and competencies:

• Previous experience in similar role operating a forklift equipment is essential
• Bedndi FLT licence is essential
• Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns
• Should have good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems
• Promote good practice
• Report any Safety concerns
• Follow all safe working procedures and site rules
• Wear the correct PPE at all times
• Abide by the clean as you go policy

This role is available on Temporary Ongoing basis and the company are looking for someone to stay with them long term.
