Our client, a respected name in their industry, is expanding their team and seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to support their busy operations. Competitive Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of the full critical path from purchase order to customer delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between internal teams, suppliers and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Placing and managing sales and purchase orders

Communicating with customers to confirm and update delivery schedules

Liaising with overseas suppliers on approvals and shipment timelines

Coordinating with internal departments (technical, design, shipping, etc.)

Tracking product approvals, including any licensing requirements

Managing packaging and labelling in line with customer expectations

Supporting the Merchandising Manager with projects and reporting
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in import merchandising, ideally within a supplier environment
-
Experience working with UK high street retailers is essential
-
Strong Excel and system skills; confident handling data and updating spreadsheets
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A proactive mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach
