Internal Sales Representative
Location: Wakefield (On-site)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 (Depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quotations to customers, advising on pricing and product availability
Process and input orders with accuracy and efficiency
Manage customer inquiries and provide a high level of service
Work closely with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
Resolve any product or order-related issues in a timely manner
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Proactive and results-driven with a willingness to learn
Previous experience in sales, purchasing, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
