Our client, a design and manufacturing company near Wakefield, is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer with a focus on embedded C.
The role requires at least five years of experience in coding for complex applications and a relevant degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
Candidates should have proficiency in C and experience with Microcontrollers and Microprocessors, while RTOS experience is advantageous.

Our client are a design and manufacturing company near Wakefield with a large R&D team. They seek to appoint a Senior Firmware Engineer working predominantly in embedded C. You will take the lead on your own projects as part of an inter-disciplinary engineering team, regularly liaising with mechanical, electronics and electrical engineers. You need to have an appropriate qualification and at least five years' experience of coding for complex applications. This Senior Firmware Engineer role is a hands-on design position developing embedded software. Experience of RTOS is beneficial. Career progression can be rapid and the potential for growth is huge. * Degree qualified in Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Computer Science preferred
* Proficient in C with at least five years industry experience
* Experience with Microcontrollers / Microprocessors
