As a HR Administrator, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. This company is a market leader and will provide fantastic career development for the right candidate. 

As a HR Assistant / Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions 
  • Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting 
  • Supporting with payroll calculations and collating data 
  • Support with the recruitment process administration and adding new starters onto the system
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements
