Job Title: Personal Injury ParalegalLocation: Wakefield (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £27,500 depending on experienceContract: Full or Part Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:Support lead file handlers in managing and progressing serious injury cases. Draft standard letters to move cases forward using the case management system (ProClaim). Act as the initial point of contact for the Fee Earner by answering incoming calls. Handle telephone inquiries where possible and take detailed messages to be promptly passed on to the Fee Earner. Meet agreed KPIs on a monthly basis in collaboration with your line manager. Regularly update and maintain the case management system. Ensure that filing systems and other information management processes comply with the firm's standards. Schedule appointments for the Fee Earner as necessary. Coordinate with the Finance Department on matters related to disbursement payments, outstanding accounts, and similar tasks. Assist with the smooth operation of the firm by supporting other staff during busy periods, including document production, task list management, answering calls, and general administrative duties. Sort and organise mail. Consistently perform well in a target-driven environment.
