We have a fantastic opportunity for a contract Cleaner to join our Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account at HMP New Hall, Wakefield.
This role is based on-site and is initially for 3 months, with a view for extension and the option to go permanent for the right person.
Our Client – a national FM provider, supports His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by providing safe, clean, and efficient prisons. Using their facilities management expertise, they help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.
As a Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that the prison environment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Standard hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 0745 – 1645, Friday 0745 – 1545
Pay Rate: £12.07ph PAYE
You Will Be Responsible For
• Routine and non-routine cleaning tasks.
• Control stock level and order consumables
• Operate machinery safely
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
