Job Description: We are currently seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to provide cover an on on-going basis and behalf of a firm in Wakefield.

The succesful candidate will be available immediately on a full time basis, and will be willing to attend the office each working day.

Duties:

Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Salary: Dependant on experience (outside IR35)
