Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training programmes, strategies and processes to improve the companies Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility performance.
  • Lead training programs to foster a culture of safety among all employees.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.
  • Analyze incident reports and safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification is highly desirable.
