Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Subcontract Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. We are looking for someone thatwill have strong organizational skills, experience with ledger systems, and a good understanding of subcontractor invoicing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices
• Processing subcontractor payment certificates
• Processing employees expenses claims
• Investigate and resolve any supplier invoice queries
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Line Manager

Experience

Sub-contract and CIS processing experience would be advantageous but training will be provided.
