Venn Group’s IT team are recruiting an enthusiastic Switchboard Operator to join an exciting non-technical support team at a great NHS organisation!

Location: Wakefield

Rate: £13 - 14 per hour PAYE

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)

Start: Immediate

Day to day duties:

Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
An understanding of call handling, with a good telephone manner
Have excellent Customer Focus skills
Ability to accurately input and retrieve information on a computerised system
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to obtain and record accurate information
Ability to prioritise workload
Be a fast learner
Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
