We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Vaccination Nurse to deliver an effective vaccination service across various locations in Wakefield. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute significantly to public health efforts within the community.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering up to 3500 vaccines to council employees within the Wakefield Metropolitan Borough Council’s geographical area.
  • Travelling to and visiting sites such as schools, health centres, community hubs, town halls, recycling and refuse centres across the five towns.
  • Working independently as the sole vaccinator or alongside a nurse from the Occupational Health Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with up-to-date business insurance.
  • A valid clear DBS.
  • Proof of vaccination experience and relevant certificates.
