Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee and manage their Lettings portfolio in the Northeast region, based in their Wakefield office.
This exciting role involves handling a diverse portfolio of predominantly high-end HMO and residential properties.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will have a background in the lettings industry and possess the drive, enthusiasm, and skills to develop business in a new area while meeting targets. Exceptional communication, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-level service are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings
- Uploading properties to various advertising portals
- Handling inquiries proactively
- Preparing and sending tenancy agreements via DocuSign
- Registering deposits
- Performing inventories, check-outs, and addressing end-of-tenancy issues
- Regular reporting to landlords, keeping them updated on their properties
- Proactively finding solutions to rent rooms and reporting to the Area Manager
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car are essential
- Previous experience as a Letting Agent (2 year preferred)
