For a medium sized recruitment business focused on the public sector, we are recruiting a Business Director / General Manager to lead a dynamic multi-branch operation.
You will:
- Manage the P&L across branches.
- Lead, coach and develop teams of experienced recruitment and resourcing consultants.
- Bring your experience recruiting for the public sector to assess,tweak and improve the current model and offering.
- Encourage a culture of second-to-none customer and candidate service, and prioritise engagement throughout the business.
