**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist classroom teachers in daily activities and provide instructional support.
- Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Contribute to classroom organisation, materials preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and field trips, ensuring their safety.
- Foster communication between teachers, parents, and students to support progress.
- Play a role in maintaining a clean and secure school environment.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and engage in professional development opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience working in an educational setting would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display patience and empathy when working with students.
