This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small HR team reporting into the Head of HR delivering an efficient, supporting HR service across the business.

Description

  • Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Managing HR systems and employee records.
  • Preparing payroll data/information
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Travel to other sites as and when required

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Have preciously worked in a generalist HR role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with Managers
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, preparation of payroll data
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Full clean driving licence and own car
