This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small HR team reporting into the Head of HR delivering an efficient, supporting HR service across the business.

Description
- Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
- Managing HR systems and employee records.
- Preparing payroll data/information
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Travel to other sites as and when required
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Have preciously worked in a generalist HR role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with Managers
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, preparation of payroll data
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Full clean driving licence and own car
