HR Business Partner

Remote - With some national travel

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to be working with a global leader in sustainable products, seeking a new HR Business Partner to join their busy team! The HR Business Partner will take a lead role on project delivery as well as coaching and mentoring, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders ensuring they are supported, coached and fully facilitated. You will deliver comprehensive HR and business consultation in a commercial and strategically focused manner

Some duties will include:

  • Deliver relevant strategic, pro-active and market aligned advice to managers
  • Provide support and advice across talent and succession planning, salary benchmarking and incentive schemes, promotions and transfers
  • Identify and communicate any potential risks and take appropriate action / give appropriate advice

Whilst this is a homebased role, but you will live close tp the M62 corridor as their will be some national travel and more local travel

The individual will ideally have:

  • CIPD L7 part or fully qualified or hold a relevant HR qualification
  • Proficient and experience in confidently managing and overseeing a range of different ER cases
  • Ability to advise within the scope of employment legislation and within areas of knowledge / capability
  • Experienced in TUPE
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
