Account Manager
We are looking for a reliable and professional person with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, to undertake a variety of vital administrative tasks and support to the rest of the busy, dynamic office team.
Responsibilities:
Preparing customer quotations using Excel
Processing of new orders using SAGE50
Fulfill any customer specific requirements such as uploading relevant information to customer portals
Managing phone calls and email correspondence
Supporting Manager & MD with all back office orders
Chasing customers for approvals on samples, artwork, barcodes etc and keeping the sales critical path updated
Helping to organise the sample room by filtering new samples for displays
Liaising with the warehouse and booking in deliveries with customer
Skills required:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office software including formulars
Proven experience as a sales co-ordinator, sales support, or senior office administrator or similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including making phone calls and liaising with clients.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A positive and resourceful attitude to work is imperative
Administrative qualifications or similar will be advantageous
Must be a strong team player
