We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our esteemed team in South Leeds. This role demands a professional with a strong technical background to provide 3rd line infrastructure support and lead multiple high-impact projects, including Azure migrations, implementations, and comprehensive design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception through to successful completion.
  • Execute Azure migrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Expertise in Azure migrations, implementations, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and technologies (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Desired:

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
