We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our esteemed team in South Leeds. This role demands a professional with a strong technical background to provide 3rd line infrastructure support and lead multiple high-impact projects, including Azure migrations, implementations, and comprehensive design solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Execute Azure migrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in Azure migrations, implementations, and administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and technologies (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Desired:
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
