We’re seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join a growing team. Whether you’re freshly trained or looking for a new challenge, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a forward-thinking business.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Fitter:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Support general factory upkeep and ensure machinery is operating efficiently.
  • Assist with equipment installations and factory upgrades as needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical faults.
  • Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures.

Successful Maintenance Fitter will be:

  • Qualified to a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ | BTEC | HNC | ONC)
  • Understaning of mechanical maintenance principles
  • You're eager to learn with a proactive hands-on approach
