My client is happy to look at all levels of experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is happy to managed the full cycle, have fantastic knowledge and know the terminology

My client is happy to consider all levels of experience, ideally someone from a housing background however they will also consider other experience and industries

The successful Senior Architectural Technician/Technician will be responsible for exciting projects within the Residential sector. working closely alongside the Technical team. Experience in planning and running projects. You will be working on various scales of leading Residential developments from small to large, taking projects from feasibility layouts through to planning applications and leading projects and project teams within this. Driving forward both innovative and sustainable design solutions, this truly is a unique opportunity to join a leading company and have an involved role across projects.

  • Live within a commutable distance of Wakefield
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Able to help lead a team of Junior Technicians
  • Experience working on housing schemes
  • Strong technical ability
  • Good knowledge of building regulations
  • Ability to work well within a technical team
