- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults on a range of equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document maintenance activities and report on key metrics.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain industry knowledge.
- Support new installations and project work as required.
