Senior Conveyancing Assistant
A regional law firm is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Property department in Wakefield.
This role provides the chance to be part of a leading team and work on a diverse array of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds and remortgages.
As the successful Senior Conveyancing Assistant, you will deal with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales enquiries
- Exchanges
- Completions
- Supporting the conveyancing team in managing client files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
You should have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in sales and purchase conveyancing.
