We are supporting them in their search for an Inventory manager to join their successful team.The RoleThis is a key role within the business, accountable for the leadership of the stock control team.Some of the key responsibilities are:

Manage and oversee stock control operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Develop and implement stock control systems, optimising processes and resources.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the stock control team.
Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and organisational policies.
Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
