ATA Recruitment are pleased to have partnered with Manufacturing Giant supplying key manufactured goods to the public sector. They are looking for a hardworking and reliable Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is interested in Maintenance engineering with an aptitude for problem solving and trouble shooting. This is the chance to showcase your skillsets in a brand-new state of the factory

You will be expected to carry out both routine and complex maintenance requests in an efficient and effective manner to support successful delivery.

Additional responsibilities of the maintenance engineer will include:

Diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment

Analyse trends in reoccurring faults and breakdowns and Reduce downtime of current equipment
Working on a diverse range of manufacturing equipment including hydraulics, slicing equipment, robotics and much more
Maintain safe working environment through good standards of housekeeping and hazardous identification
The site is around 80% reactive – therefore reactive maintenance will be crucial

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
Experience within the manufacturing/FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
Able to read mechanical and or electrical drawings
Identify components in panels
Experience on 3 phase equipment
